Shipping Policy

The Gerber Childrenswear Wholesale website ships to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC. We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses or international addresses.

Standard Delivery

All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday – Friday are processed within 5 business days, after payment and address verification, if the merchandise is in stock. Orders received after 12:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic U.S. orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days. U.S. Territories, APO, and FPO addresses may require up to 20 business days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship to more than one location, please create separate orders for each destination.

Military Shipping

Please allow up to 20 business days for shipping to APO or FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your shipment at any time by signing in and visiting the My Account section of the website.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact customer service at wholesale@gerberchildrenswear.com. Orders can only be cancelled prior to processing at the distribution center. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
